Hey Ben, 

I'm thinking that since you were the one who scheduled their order, they would prefer talking to you...especially if they are mad. I get up to 30 text messages a day from politicians and other people who want my money, so important messages get mixed in the crowd, so that wouldn't work for me. Plus I print out all emails that come with an order because I need proof that I did what they originally ordered as soon as I read them... or I know I will forget it. That's what happens to us Boomers though. LOL
