We’re sorry to see everyone’s heightened sensitivity and frustration through these difficult times our industry is crossing, with less volume and a growing uncertainty. We spoke with the person who originally posted this and recognized that this reaction was a manifestation of that stress, where things can get blown out of proportion.
We want to state a few facts: less than 5% of our orders get cancelled, and we check status on 20% of our open orders, most of those only after the first 24 hours have passed. We do not bounce orders amongst searchers. When an order is cancelled with our searcher, it is because our client cancelled it with us.
We understand that perception can be heightened for a searcher in a lower volume area and so it may seem as happening all the time.
As for Michaela, we’re sorry to see that you kept such vivid feelings even after 8 years of not working with us. We can assure you that our company has gone through many changes since that time, and we continue putting our focus on our greatly valued relationships with our network of over 300+ searchers nationwide.
We hope and pray to all get through these challenging times together.
