I have personally allocated funds, and the other individuals have contacted me "privately" with their offers to help cover the costs, so let me e-mail them and see if they mind me publishing their names.

The important thing is that they (and I) have done this so that the many people who will have costs for travel and lodging wouldn't also have to bear a fee for the conference. The goal is to get the best turn-out possible to get the association off to a good start.
