This is so true Lisa! David and I did a full search yesterday pre-computer dates (70's) and the property changed hands and split in half and then quarters and back 12 times all on one day. There were 4 people involved... two married couples. They were passing this property spouse to spouse... couple to couple... it was crazy.  And that was just one day out of 30 years of history on this property which changed hands so many times I lost count. If it was not for the legal descriptions we would never have figured it all out. There is no way that one day of activity would have been caught with an on line search. Don't you just love this job!
