   Just because they may be able to get some of the searches on-line, doesn't mean they will start doing it themselves. It is costly to have an employee and sometimes it is more beneficial to contract work out in the long run. Also the computers only go back so far and are only as good as the employee doing them. Knowledge is still a necessity.
