The way the industry is going, some sort of organization is needed to protect our interests. If not NALTEA then who. I don't see how the small independent abstractor is going to be around in 10 years. That's my opinion. I don't know how many of us get work from Chesapeake Appraisal but get ready...........First American is buying the majority shares of that company. That could be a hit to a lot of us.
