Yes, everyone needs to limit their expenses, but I can't get more than 35 mpg from
my auto and my gas is costing  $ 2.21 or higher.   E & O coverage isn't cheap, or
do you have a better idea (none)?   How about those companies listed here that
fail to pay the abstactor,  that's really limiting costs isn't it?

Best of luck with giving away your product,  even Wal-Mart has its limit on how
low prices can fall.
