Sounds like what we do with our quantity discounts.  If they send the volume, they get the discount.  Seems fair enough to me.

Still, I gotta wonder how you can afford to do that in Allegheny county, especially with that 50% Parking Tax that the City of Pittsburgh imposes!  Also, do you still have to wait two or three days for copy requests to be filled in the Recorder's Office?
