I normally don't respond to those who lack the intestinal fortitude to identify themselves, but I'll make an exception in this case.

The gentleman made it our business when he decided to publish those fees on a public forum.  From what I know of him, the said gentleman is perfectly capable of speaking for himself, and is free to say, "It's none of your business" if he so desires.
