That's reputable Patrick, but you may work for a larger corp. that has the manpower to just hound companies all day. Some independents are trying to do it all. People have to remember when reading posts in here, that we all are at completely different levels; making how things are handled, completely different. If anyone wants to send me what they have with as much detail as possible; I will put your name by your additions. I in NO way want to just hurt a company, but I do want to protect the little guy also; it's a fine line.
