I will have to call the Better Business Bureau before I can better comment on this. I know when I placed a complaint one time, they told me all they did was kept a record of the complaints, but I didn't have them explain what they meant. As for keeping it updated, it can be a copy and paste thing, where any additional info or messages could be added. Like I said, it would be on-going. If someone is putting their name by it, then why would they post something that was untrue and could get them in trouble? When it is sent back, it would already be updated; so where is the hard labor in that? If a company looked at the list and seen a company on there that wasn't a problem for them, then they could put a short message. The list could even be sent to the no-pay client to make them aware. This would give them the opportunity to clarify. The list would have to come from one person, to know that nobody is making personal gain side notes. Sent to one person a day; first come, first serve basis. I would be willing to monitor it. But as of right now, I have no companies to add. We are up-to-date with any client we had problems with in the past.
