I have to agree with Jay on this one. Perhaps the minding of the list could be rotated among those who want one? I know when there was such a list it was frustrating for the individuals who tried to keep it updated.  There was also a "hot" list and that no longer seems to exist for the same reasons. Is anyone really willing to put in that kind of work?
