Just read the Notary Rotary post. April from New York obviously did not receive or read the four mass emails sent from my office regarding shutting down at 12:00 noon on Friday, December 2, 2005 for our relocation!
She then tried to contact our office via phone, which, of course was not available because of said move. She states she has not been paid for a 9/16 invoice, however, states later that we are very prompt and one of the fastest paying company's in the industry?
April, if you read this message prior to Monday when I call you personally, please drop Nancy or Jaime V. an email regarding your outstanding invoice from two months ago. I am sure we can determine what caused the breakdown for you if given the opportunity. It sounds like an oversight on our part or some other breakdown in communication.
Regarding the PA and NJ responses to Aprils post, they must have us confused with another company. We do NOT block calls???? Hell, I wish I knew how to program our network to do such a thing. There are many solicitors I would love to block...lol.
