Our records show that their CEO, Trent Jonas and their CFO, Jennifer Frantz formed an LLC under the name of Zen Title, LLC just this year. They approached us about doing work for them back in August. We told them we wouldn't accept their work until our payment issues with Title Direct were resolved.
Requiring new clients to complete and sign a Service Agreement is the smartest thing any company can do to help protect its interests. I strongly suggest that strategy to anyone who has been burned in the past.
