What records can I access? The following information is available to you either in our office or on the Internet:

• Grantor-Grantee (name) Index from March, 1991
• Tract (legal description) Index for all platted land, condominiums, and Certified Survey Maps beginning June 2, 1997
• Tract (legal description) Index for all unplatted land and Town of Oneida beginning June 2, 1998
• Images are available for all documents recorded after June 11, 1996 beginning with document number 1192616. Images of all recorded subdivision plats, condominiums, and certified survey maps are also available.
• All other recordings (back to our first recording from 1825) are available in the manual books or on microfilm

What are the fees? The index information is available at no cost. When an image is viewed or printed, the cost is the statutory fee of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page per document.

How do I access Daily LandShark? After the Register of Deeds office receives your completed agreement form, the Register of Deeds office will assign you a user name and password that you can use to access Landshark.
