You are absoulutely right Rachel. Unfortunately there will always be those companies who will say they are waiting until they are paid... the check is in the mail... we did not get your invoice... need I go on? I wonder if it would work with our county clerks? Can we pay for your copies when we get paid for our work? Nah... would never happen.

Lisa talks about her kids and checks... Yesterday when I went to our bank there were a couple security guys, a woman I know and her small child standing at the ATM machine. The child is around 6-7. He was crying and one security guy was down on one knee talking to him. When I came back out the mother and the child were still standing there. I stopped and asked her if everything was alright. She told me he had put one of those fake credit cards into the ATM machine and it got stuck. Somehow it set off an alarm and the security guys came out after them. Eric (the child) told me he was just trying to get money like his mom does. Eric got an unexpected lesson about ATM machines and money.
