Is there any settlement companies out there who use a company called ReQuire for release tracking?
They are in 13 states, company owned by an attorney and they charge $35 per release to track it with the mortgage companies to be sure your releases get filed and they guarantee it will.
One of the attorney's I am doing some work for is going to start using them and I just wanted to see if anyone was pleased with the service and if it has actually helped your office.
