Well posts should never intentionally hurt another's feeling. While it is not conceivable to not totally hurt someone, since many don't think before they post, or posts are taken the wrong way, I agree there should be some effort not to offend. We should also all remember that it is differences that make this site what it is today and not be so easily offended by remarks not intended to be taken in the wrong context. I guess what I am saying is both parties need to look at any post objectively and not take so much to heart - as the purpose of any discussion is to create more discussion and argument which could lead to a different opinion of the person who posted in the first place because future posts gave rise to more information to arrive at a different opinion.
I don't think anyone of us could say that nothing we posted offended some one in some way. I actually thought that when Robert posted earlier this week, it was going to be like the Brady Bunch special this week on TV, that everyone said - you must have been talking about me. I think from Robert on down to everyone - someone didn't like what was posted or said, but we all got over it - we all moved on - somehow, someway that post made us think and grow - that is our purpose in life. We all have daily stresses, both personal and professional, and we must all realize that sometimes those could contribute to what we post here or how we handle our clients, and while we should have, might have, done that, been there, we are all human and make mistakes - mistakes that should be overlooked because when it comes down to it - no one person makes this forum or makes one business, it takes all of us, from different religions to different backgrounds, to make it what it is today. For all of those reasons, I would think that we would all feel so blessed.
For this season, and this reason, I pray for peace on this forum.
