Isn't that sad that the government wants all of us small business to offer health care to our employees, but they make it so complicated that we can't administer it ourselves?  We have a health care plan through our chamber of commerce and our insurance agent is very familiar with it.  We rely on him and notices we receive from the insurance company for most of the complicated issues.  Sorry I can't be of more help.

I know when I set ours up, we did a really simple plan without a lot of options to make it easy to administer.  We can only make changes during one period each year, unless there is a new hire or termination, so there isn't much left to do but send in checks - big ones.
