That's what happens when you have the $ to buy another championship.

Why do you think the Pirates and Penguins are always in the basement of their divisions?  Although, Pittsburgh is, by far a football city, not baseball or hockey.  Those are things to occupy our time when the Steelers aren't playing.

So, when the Yankee's loose another championship, will Steinbrenner still look like  a genius for buying Damon? I highly doubt it.
