Deb,

I, for one, have given up yelling as a pre-New Years' Resolution!  Having said that, I respect your right to keep your beliefs, practices and traditions private.  However, you cannot expect everyone else to do so as well!

This website is very much like a radio station. If you begin reading (hearing) something that is offensive to you, simply log off (turn the channel).  By doing this, you are able to utilize the hundreds of other choices of reading (listening) material that suit your needs and those who choose to celebrate Christmas or any other holiday for that matter may do so as well!

It is not about infringing upon others beliefs.  It is not about "wasting" valuable business space for holiday well wishes and stories.  It is about camaraderie, fellowship, giving thanks and sharing with others who mean something to you.

I hope you can appreciate our desire to share, as I am sure we appreciate your desire not to.  Happy holidays to you and your family nonetheless Deb.  I hope you are blessed and remain a contributor to this site...JT
