Ah... I can see that, at least in principal.  In practice I think that would still be a tough policy - most of the major companies utilize off-shore outsourcing for some of their operation.  I suppose it makes good business sense for some of the rote functions like typing and posting to title plants - but for searching... bad idea.

I can still do a better job than that Indian guy that keeps calling me offering to do my job cheaper for me.  If only things were that easy...
