I have a close friend who lives a couple blocks from where they have the parade in Pasadena. is an awesome CA town. Anyway her husband is an emergency room doctor. He said they have seen a whole lot of sick band kids the last few days. Seems the flu has hit and combined with the rain it is pretty miserable for them. Don't be surprised if Chad gets sick. I am wondering how they are going to get 600 VERY wet uniforms back to Texas. Those kids were soaked. My friend said all the neighbors were along the parade route with towels trying to dry off faces and glasses they were wearing. The kids looked to be having a great time but they are going to be tired puppies.
