Do you offer these services only in Texas? Do you see these as growing issues? Is this highly receptive by your customers?
As far as No Charges: The problem that I encounter is on the accounting side. The abstractor will inform the operations department of the cancellation but the system is not always notified or updated, and the accounting department is left with open assignments. These open assignments look like possible future liabilities. By the time it hits accounting, it is too late to figure out what happened. I was hoping to some how automate the process of the reports and linking it to the billing.
Your system sounds cutting edge. I am very impressed.
