Hi Tracy,

We do carry laptops to the courthouse with us now as well as hand scanners to gather the copies. We are mobile equipped so we receive, process, and return the orders while in the field. We don't mind keying in the information on the laptops buy this is an extra service and will involve an extra fee. Also, the best format is an excel form that resides on our laptop as opposed to an online form. We are mobile equipped but there is no system available that offers high speed access. With an excell or other form we can upload it to the site directly or by email rather than waiting for the next screen.

We can use the forms developed by others but this also involves extra work and a greater chance of error so it also incurs an additional fee.

I don't think we have ever had a case where we did not get to it in time. As for counties that are outside our area, we don't charge to let our clients know. So there has never been a necessity to let them know we are not charging. We notify them, they reassign and that's the end of it.

I agree with Robert in that using someone elses software does not give us the flexibility we need to handle the various clients. We also use Quickbooks and find it exactly as accurate as the information we put into it. The reports are great.
