Kevin, Your post raises some real interesting issues:
If she claimed to be physically where she was not, does that not violate some
Fed or State Consumer protection law about misrepresentation, / fraud?
Perhaps the FTC or some state (Missouri) Atty General should investigate,
did you get a contact # ?
Perhaps they know that no one wants to do buisness with foreign firms.
