I am very thankful for these forums.  Thank you Charles for this information.  CMS and AccuData Search owes us an awful lot of money.  As of two weeks ago they were still sending us orders.  I said we cannot keep doing work for free, pay up or no more work done for you.  I was  polite and professional about it, of course.  Then no more orders coming and no one picks up the phone over there.  There still is one more good phone number that is not disconnected. But it is not picked up and you have to dial a 4 digit extention.  You can leave messages on extentions.

Charles,  Would you be willing to write up an affidivit?  And swear to the truth as you know it?  I have to do something about this.  I will try to get the attention of the US Attorney of the Southern District of New York.  I can take a bunch of affidavits and letters into the Southern District US Attorney Office myself.  If I write enough letters to the local NYC TV stations, I may be able to get one of those Fraud buster news guys to look into it. 

It seems to me, CMS and AccuData Search were both in business as of 2 weeks ago.  We only started working for them after Charles says they were going out of business.  We were receiving payments from them.

Anyone interested in helping write letters and so forth?  If not, I do intend to carry forward with letter writing, etc. I will keep you informed. 

Anyone interested in writing letters to the TV stations and attorney general, let me know, I will get you email, snail mail address, fax numbers, etc. to send it to.  But, as I said I would like to take a batch into the Dis Attrnys office.
