Wish I could understand why so many LARGE companies think that it is OK to just not pay for services that they request. Its not a difficult concept.... on any level... you order services, the services get done, you get an invoice, you pay the bill.

Sorry to hear about CMS... looks like nobody is immune from this tragic course of events in our industry.
