I have to agree with both Robert and Kevin. In most cases I have just shut the client off. However like Kevin said, it's a matter of righting a wrong.  I have had to file serveral suits and take the time to go to court. The problem isn't getting the Judgment, it is getting the judgment satisfied. This can be a nightmare in itself and like Robert said: is it worth it?
