I have a BIG question.  When the lawsuits start happening will they also include the other imaging companies who have bought the images and have decided that they own and can sell all this sensitive information actually without the consent of the owner - who is either the county clerk or the individual.  I think what needs to be established is who owns the records and who has the right to sell the records.
