Thanks Lisa. I have called State Farm for the last two years, most recently last week, and they told me they didn't carry E&O. I have a friend in another county who works for State Farm and today she pursued it for me and I now have an application in my hand. It says you have to carry their Miscellaneous E&O along with your Specialty E&O policy. This application states that Real Estate Operations are not available in TN but it does list "public record search firms." I hope I will fall under this category and can get a quote. To those whose agents tell you they don't cover it...Keep Trying!
