I created the name, incorporated and purchased the domain.  I was so proud of it, embazened the logo with the American Flag and had dreams of selling franchises country wide.  My partners turned out to be felonious, unethical sweatshop operators who worked with bribes, unskilled labor and deceit. I would be very careful if this is the same outfit.
