Thank you for your words, Robert.  I too am looking forward to this next year.  I am happy to report that the feed back that we have received so far in regard to the conference has been very favorable & we have gotten a few new volunteers to work on committees etc.  I would also like to hear from those of you that have any constructive criticism.  We can't get better if we don't know where the cracks are.  You can e-mail me @ pres@naltea.org or wsteudel@accusearchco.com  I can't promise an immediate response but I promise I will respond.  I check my e-mail everyday, but sometimes don't have a chance to answer as quickly as I'd like.
I would like to publicly thank all that worked so hard to make this conference a success, including the attendees.  I believe that no conference can be a success without the participation of those attending.  The synergy at this conference was amazing even being as sick as I was, I could feel it.  I would never have been able to conduct my presentation without the support of the audience, so I thank you.
For those of you that believe that NALTEA is not for you, I understand where you are coming from.  We are very young & will suffer growing pains.  We may not be what everyone is looking for.  But we do have several dedicated people who have the abstractors interests at heart.  We don't always agree with one another & we probably never will.  I don't think that is a bad thing.  You don't have to join to come to a conference.  Our next conference will be next January.  We don't know the location yet, but it will be somewhere warmer then Cleveland.  Come & check us out.

Wanda Steudel, Pres. NALTEA 2006
