We always keep copies of our fax confirmations along with the order. Just in case! I has a client that never seemed to get their orders and we had to constantly refax them, it does get to be time consuming on our end, however I would certainly resend the order. We have moved away from faxing and now most of our orders are sent in PDF or any other electronic format, seems to eliminate a lot of problems. Most of my clients prefer this method. Isn't the fax machine obsolete yet?!!!
