I have been working with Zen Title for 8 months and have never had any problems collecting money from them.  They are very nice to work for.

Title Direct however owes me almost $2,000.00, and I have been unable to get any satisfaction from them.  If anyone has contact information for Title Direct, I would appreciate it.
