Thanks, Lisa, you just made my argument for me. What you just related is a classic example of what I was talking about. You had to go to the expense and effort of defending yourself against the IRS, (no doubt to avoid confiscatory legal fees, no offense, F. Lee) because some chair-warmer didn't know the law.
Your story illustrated my point better than I ever could. Capital goes where it's treated best. Let's stop punishing the achievers, and the outsourcing problem will take care of itself.
