That's exactly right, Rob. Now let me see if I understand your argument. What you're telling me is, "OK, you've already ruled and regulated me to death, so go ahead and add one more regulation; as long as it's favorable to me, I'm cool."
How about this...we abolish the Tax Code altogether and institute the FairTax. That way, you get to keep all of your money, you don't have and the only time you pay a tax is when you buy something. It's that simple. No more hoops to jump through. If anyone wants to read up on the FairTax, go to www.fairtax.org.
As I stated in my response to F. Lee, requiring one to behave in a certain way to realize a perceived benefit is NOT voluntary by any stretch of the imagination. Pavlov proved that.
