I understand and I am not against tax incentives to help U.S. industry compete. My point is that our documents are the raw material of our industry. The information we entrust to local, state and federal government has no business in the hands or on the computer screens of those outside the country.
When our natural resources in the fishing industry were threatened, we extended our borders 200 miles offshore to protect this natural resource from over exploitation. To prevent the depletion of our natural resources, the foreign factory ships were pushed far away from our fishing banks.
Today, it is the American people who are being over-exploited.
