Let me make sure I understand this... Kevin proposed a tax break and you said "no thanks, the tax code is already too complicated."  Is that right?

Hmmm... I say if you are going to reduce taxes - go ahead and add a few more lines of tax code to billion we already have.  What difference does it make now?  The tax code is already beyond my comprehension; that is why I have an accountant.  If you add a tax credit for me, I'm sure he would find it; that is how he justifies his fee.
