Source of Title Forums: Re: Judgment question for abstractors

I had a similar problem yesterday, Delores was also known as "Dolores" (it gets worse), her husband's name was Gary and I also found him under "Garry"' They did not have any judgments but I found a deed of trust under the misspelled name.
Better to be safe than sorry.
