I always run the last name and report any simular names. I actually ran one today were the first name,  was Donald, had I not searched by last name only I would have missed Don and a misspelling of Donal, which happened to be a Judgment lien.

Robert, I'm glad to see law school is paying off for you! Between you and Kevin Ahern we'll have quite the "General Counsel"on board!!!
