I just finished reading the "Should've know better" thread.  They reponses from Nicki were extremely defensive.  If that is the way she talking to abstractors in a public forum, I can only imagine how she spoke in private.  It makes you wonder how she stayed in business this long.  Best of luck to all of you that are still owed $ form this company.
