I would have to warn anyone who's policy does not actualy state that you are purchasing and covered for Title Agent's and Abstractors Errors and Ommisions insurance.  What you may be purchasing could be more like professional liability insurance.  One of the best E&O experts that I know is:

They provide the right kind of coverage and they understand the title business.  I also think that TIAC provides excellent coverage and they clearly understand the business as they are affiliated with ALTA.

Buyer beware.  When you actually do need help for your carrier, it may not be there.
