Speedy Closings in NJ are AWFUL!!  I have called them numerous times to be paid for a last minute closing last January (2005) only to be met by voicemail after voicemail.  When I finally got to speak to a human, I was told that the check was sent to an Anita Williams in Iowa (I am in MN) and since they didn't get it back, they would not pay again on this file.  I have written them off.  Hope you have better luck!
