I talked to the State Farm home office today and unfortunately New York doesn't have any specialty products that they offer but I will keep an eye on it and if they start offering it I'll definitely let you know about it. I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you any.  I hope you are able to find a good company that will take care of you and not break you at the same time.
