Isn't it wonderful how the "drive-by" media no longer reports what has happened, but what they predict will happen? The story opens with the line, "If the real estate boom collapses..." (emphasis supplied). It's almost as if they're hoping it happens.
Bad news for America is good news for the media. As the saying goes, "If it bleeds, it leads!" That's my take on it.
