In Ohio, the search standards require a search of the federal courts if the federal court is situated in the county you are searching. We do not have a federal court in any of the counties we search, so we don't check them.
However, we will sometimes come across notices of bankruptcy within court cases we review, or sometimes the Auditor's office will note them. In that case, we do report what we find.
