Sounds like your running into the same problems as all the other abstractors. I agree...time to get out, and explore other alternatives. If you are contemplating a franchise, however, make sure that you have a good accountant and attorney advising you. Very often franchises look great on the surface, but when you run the numbers and look at the legal obligations you have, they really are not all that great a proposition.
