OOOOH!!! Refer those Indians right here. Sounds like they are the subject of employment discrimination based on national origin. I love these cases. I have one pending now based on sexual harassment...really juicy. These are great cases.

The importation of foreign workers to fill jobs in America is not new., especially in the computer world. It has been going on for several years now, and it is not limited to the Indians. Several years ago it became apparent that American students were selecting majors in universities for entry into the business world in other disciplines. American industry was forced to look to India, Japan and Europe to fill the gap. I have no problem with foreign workers coming to work in America if the jobs do not attract Americans. The point is that the jobs remain in America. Our economy remains strong. If the foreign workers are doing the same work as that in which the Americans are not interested, the foreigners should be paid the same wage as the Americans. The Americans are free to compete if they wish. Reducing the wage of the foreign worker makes the job a subsistance level job, and then it will probably disappear south of the border.
