I think that more people should pass this information along to county, state and federal officials. I am constantly finding that when I write these stories and contact the officials, they have either never heard of the issues examiners face, or they are completely unaware the issue exists at all, whether it's title-related, or not.
When the officials I speak to find learn out about issues presented on the forums, they are always interested in reading what is posted and wish they'd heard about the forums sooner. I think that it is necessary to let them know what is going on. If they read the forum initially, they would be very well-informed on the various problems because those who post have most likely beaten the concept to death.
Thanks for thinking 'outside the box' and for, hopefully, inspiring others to do so. If you can do it in Georgia, there is no reason that people can't do it throughout the U.S.
